This cake is available in four sizes: single tier to serve 10-12 or 20-25, and two tiered to serve 35-40 or 60-64 servings.

FLAVORS

All of our cakes, buttercreams, and fillings are made from scratch with simple ingredients. Our buttercream is a meringue buttercream, which is silky, made with real butter, and slightly less sweet than a traditional buttercream.

ALMOND WEDDING RASPBERRY Vanilla cake with a hint of almond filled with signature buttercream and raspberry curd.

CREME BRULEE Vanilla cake with creamy custard filling and toasted sugar chips.

STRAWBERRY STRAWBERRY Strawberry cake and strawberry buttercream, reminiscent of strawberry ice cream.

CARROT Our carrot cake is what made us famous. It is a uniquely spicy cake, with notes of cardamom and black pepper, studded with pecans and rum-soaked raisins. Our cream cheese buttercream is light and silky.

CHERRY AMARETTO Hand chopped maraschino cherry chunks and notes of almond with amaretto infused buttercream. It is our most colorful cake on the menu, with it’s light pink tones.

OLD FASHIONED WITH FRIED APPLES Vanilla cake with hints of nutmeg like a donut from the cider mill. It is complemented with Michigan apples fried the traditional southern way, with lots of butter and cinnamon.

LEMON BLUEBERRY Bright lemon cake with signature buttercream, lemon curd, and blueberry jam.

CHOCOLATE BANANAS FOSTER Rich chocolate cake, banana cinnamon rum cream and caramel.
