• Yes! We have a selection of keto products available for purchase from our dessert counter, which is gluten and sugar free. We can also take orders for gluten free, egg free, dairy free, and vegan, nut free cakes or cupcakes.

    PLEASE NOTE: We do process common allergens in our bakery. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination. We cannot make any guarantees. Please proceed according to your comfort level.

  • If our schedule allows, we can deliver small orders within 20 miles of the bakery. Delivery starts at $40 and is dependent on distance. Most of our wedding orders are delivered and set up. Distance and pricing can be discussed. Delivery is included in some wedding packages.

    As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by our skilled staff, our refund policy is as follows:

    • For all orders a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time the order is placed(unless it is placed within 14 days of pickup, then 100%). The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to pick-up or delivery. For wedding cakes, please refer to your contract for more information.

    • If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund.

    • Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted" – we will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing for your cake.

    • All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.

    • If there is a defect in your product please return it promptly, or the portion remaining, within 2 days of pick up with receipt of purchase.   In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned if we determine there is a quality deficiency.  We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.  

    • Taste and texture is subjective. If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given. Our procedures and recipes ensure a moist and delicious cake. However, our scratch recipes, meringue buttercream, and keto recipes are very different than pre-made mixes, manufactured fillings, shortening based frostings, or another bakery’s recipe. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds/credit for cakes that have already been completely eaten

    • Cancellations and/or changes for decorated cake orders, not including wedding cakes, must be made at least 2 business days in advance of the scheduled pick up time.  Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.  Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds.

    • Cancellations for wedding cakes must be made no later than 2 weeks before the wedding. Please refer to your contract for more details.

    • No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.

  • Keto products are low carb, sugar-free, grain-free, and gluten-free. They are ideal for diabetics or individuals trying to avoid sugar. Please be advised, there is a notable texture and flavor difference between Keto and regular products. However, we are proud that our delicious scratch-made recipes can bring sweetness to those individuals who would otherwise not be able to enjoy.

  • Yes! We love to host cookie and cake decorating classes. Head to our online shop for upcoming classes. We can also host your own private class. Contact us for more information.

    We do not offer baking classes at this time.

  • Yes! Cake tastings are $50, which includes three flavors for two guests to sample.

  • For weddings, we recommend ordering after you’ve booked your venue. While we would prefer you to order at least 6 months in advance, we may be able to accommodate with less time. Start the process by filling our our inquiry form HERE.
